As a performer, I live by the two thoughts. First, music is too expensive of a hobby not to be having fun. The other is that you need a reason for the audience to watch you live. Anyone can stream your music; you need something special to get them there. The passion that I play with embodies these values, as well as the gratitude I have for being able to play music for a career.

Adrian De La Cruz is originally from Ventura, California. As a performer, he has toured around North America and England in styles ranging from punk to jazz. He holds a bachelor’s degree in jazz performance from the University of Utah, where he is also finishing his master’s degree in jazz studies.
